Libby is an app built by OverDrive.

OverDrive is the name of a company that provides a website and borrowing service for some downloadable audiobooks and ebooks licensed by the library.

Libby is the app for downloading titles from the OverDrive collection on compatible mobile devices.

When you sign in to our OverDrive partner website you can read or listen in your browser. But the OverDrive website will not show you everything we have through other e-media partners such as O'Reilly, Kanopy, Hoopla, Flipster, and LinkedIn Learning. Each partner has only a part of our stream and download collection. Many of these collections are included in results when you search the catalog. (The Kanopy titles are not included in the catalog.)
