This usually happens when family members share electronic devices with more than one Amazon login, but can also happen with an individual that has more than one Amazon login.

If a borrowed Kindle Book doesn't appear in your "Digital Content" list on Amazon, it may be because you already redeemed it using a different Amazon account. If this is the case, you'll need to use the Amazon account you were originally signed into at the time you borrowed and redeemed the book.

Or, contact the Reference librarians at Lawson McGhee Library. We can return the book for you so that you can check it out again and redeem it under the correct Amazon account. Librarians are unable to transfer a borrowed ebook from one Amazon account association to another.
