Q. How do I update the email address in my account?

For your Libby notifications, go to Libby Options in your Account Settings.

For an ILLiad Interlibrary Loan account, sign in and go to Profile -> Update Profile.

For the email address in your main account, however, you will need to speak with a library employee to confirm your identity, since the change of email address is essentially the same as a change of password. Your account's confidentiality is a high priority.

For service by telephone, please direct all main account questions (such as library card, password, contact information, renewals) to the Circulation Department at (865) 215-8751 . You may also ask for these changes in person. We cannot make account changes by online request.
