If you get a "blocked card" error message, try to sign in to your account to see if you get a message that your account is expired or restricted.
A "blocked card" error can happen even if your library account is up to date and not restricted in any way. We've found that simply re-entering the library card number in Kanopy corrects the issue most of the time.
