The Libby app keeps your private user information in the app itself, not on a server somewhere on the Internet. In the best case scenario, you would have the Libby app installed on a couple of different devices and have the apps synchronized. That way, if you have to un-install the app on one device, when you re-install it you'd be able to link it to the app on the other device and get them synchronized again.

There are ways to export your private data from the app in the future, if you again build up a history and tags that you don't want to lose.
