Q. Are there library services for blind, low vision, deaf, or hard of hearing people?
Yes, the services are provided on a statewide basis:

- Library Services for the Deaf & Hard of Hearing – A special library dedicated to meeting the information and accessibility needs of the deaf, hard of hearing, and deaf-blind communities, as well as providing information about hearing loss.
