Q. Does the library have reciprocal borrowing privileges with any other libraries?

We don't have reciprocal borrowing or lending with any other library. "Reciprocal" usually means our card is good at another library and that library's card is good at Knox County locations. The Knox County Public Library card is accepted only at the 19 locations in Knox County.

If you need material that we do not have, please request an Interlibrary Loan. We participate in borrowing and lending with other libraries through interlibrary loan agreements.
