Answer

Yes, we call our touchless service Library-to-Go. Using it is simple.

Step one: Request

Request items by placing holds in the online catalog, by chat, submit a question, or call any branch.

You'll receive notification when your materials are available for pickup. You'll have 8 days to come get them.

Step two: Park
No appointment is necessary. After arriving at your designated library location, park in one of the Library-To-Go parking spaces. If no space is available, park wherever you can. We'll find you!

Safety first! During inclement weather (thunderstorms, hail, ice, etc.), Library-to-Go curbside service is suspended.

Step three: Call
Call the number on the sign and let us know that you've arrived.

You'll be asked your name, library card number, parking space number or vehicle location, description of car. If you don't own a cell phone, please call your pickup location before you leave your home and estimate your time of arrival.

Step four: ID Yourself
Pop your trunk or open your back door.

When staff approaches your vehicle, press your library card or other ID against your vehicle's window.

If you travel to the library by other means of transportation, please print your name and library card number on a large piece of paper to hold up as staff approaches. We will place your checkouts in a designated area for you to retrieve.

Returns

If you have materials to return, place them in plastic bags and put them in your trunk or backseat. Staff will pick up your returns and drop off your new checkouts. Sorry, but we can't take your returns unless they are bagged.
