VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express cards are accepted, but not gift cards. A convenience fee of 2.50% with a $0.50 minimum per transaction will be added to the charge by the electronic processing company for each transaction; this fee does not go to the library or Knox County.
Payments using credit/debit cards will not be accepted over the phone or online. Payments must be made in person.
