Q. How do I replace a lost library card?

If you can't find your library card, please get a replacement.

Please call the Circulation Department at (865) 215-8751 if your library card is lost or stolen, to report the loss immediately; you are responsible for all materials charged to your card prior to submitting a report.

Important:

• Your new library card number will not automatically update on ILLiad. Create your account and/or sign in to ILLiad with your new card number, then contact the Interlibrary Loan Department at (865) 215-8746 to merge the old and new accounts.
• Your new library card number will create an entirely new account on LinkedIn Learning for Library, which cannot be merged with your account on the previous number.
